Deep Fryers Our Cookbook For Great Southern Fried Chicken

How to Cook an avid fan of deep frying and south Louisiana, I have tried many different recipes to find the perfect house, fried chicken. I shared with several spices southern Louisiana and deep for the right combination. Sometimes, less can be more when it comes to ease of cooking and final product quality. In this article I'll show the recipe that I think is the easiest and most effective way to southern style fried chicken. Personally, I prefer to use a professional style deep fryer with all the bells and whistles. However, a simple deep frying pan is all you really need to get started.

Recipe for Southern Fried Chicken

Ingredients needed are:

1. Canola oil (or any other frying oil that you prefer)

2. Chicken (sliced)

3. Ice

4. Cayenne Pepper

5. Fri Zatarain's chick

6. Zatarain's fish fri

7. Garlic Power

8. Water

Steps:

1. The first thing we do is heat our fats (canola oil). Using one of our deep, put enough canola oil to cover the whole chicken to be boiling. Do not overload the skillet (or frying pan). We suggest that only fry a few chicken pieces at a time.

2. While fat is heating, we clean our chicken in water and then cut into pieces to be fried. Next, place the cut pieces in a pot of water to ensure that all parts are covered.

3. Then we sprinkle cayenne pepper on the water and mix with the chicken (the amount of pepper used depends on the preference of Fryer's), as a rule, make sure that at least cover the top layer of water.

4. While the chicken is soaking and grease / oil heating, we have prepared the following mixture: a bag of Zatarain's fri chick + a bag of Zatarain's Fish Fri. To this, add the cayenne pepper and garlic powder (again, the amount depends on the preference of the fryer's), the first time using this recipe, we suggest the use of small quantities of each (1-2 teaspoons). You can always adjust to future revenues.

5. Once the oil / grease is boiling (temperature about 350 degrees), we can remove the chicken from water and place in our mix of mass (see Step 4). Make sure each piece of chicken is properly beaten.

6. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 16 minutes. If using a pan with a basket of procedure, you can simply lift the basket once the chicken is cooked. Always follow the manufacturer's directions when using heaters. Security is very important because you want to do everything possible to avoid getting burned with hot fat. If you have any questions or concerns at all about what you're doing, make sure you get those doubts cleared before using or hot fat fryers.

7. Once the chicken is cooked, carefully remove the skillet, frying pan using the appropriate tool (s). Once cooled enough, enjoy some of the best Southern fried chicken imaginable.
