How to Cook an avid fan of deep frying and south Louisiana, I have tried many different recipes to find the perfect house, fried chicken. Recipe for Southern Fried Chicken

Ingredients needed are:

1. Canola oil (or any other frying oil that you prefer)

2. Chicken (sliced)

3. Ice

4. Cayenne Pepper

5. Fri Zatarain's chick

6. Zatarain's fish fri

7. Garlic Power

8. Water

Steps:

1. The first thing we do is heat our fats (canola oil). Using one of our deep, put enough canola oil to cover the whole chicken to be boiling. Do not overload the skillet (or frying pan). We suggest that only fry a few chicken pieces at a time.

2. While fat is heating, we clean our chicken in water and then cut into pieces to be fried. Next, place the cut pieces in a pot of water to ensure that all parts are covered.
