Deep Fryer - Deep Fat Fryers Mars Bars?



Deep fat fryers do exactly what its name suggests, anything you put in them will be fried in fat that you add (usually vegetable or sunflower oil). Most people who have deep use them to make the chips cut strips of potato, but you can really deep fry just about anything: fish, chicken, sausage, parsnips and carrots are all the interesting things to try. Meat with skin generally forms a crispy when fried, while the thin -cut vegetables tend to turn into crisps or chips.

The fryer is the key instrument for fast food a lot, especially British fish and chip shops, where fish, chips and almost everything else was selling fried - not exactly healthy, but very tasty. In Scotland, a fish and chip shop entrepreneur even started frying Mars chocolate bars as a special promotion, the practice spread rapidly. The deep-fried Mars bar is considered by many to be the healthiest food in the world, bar none, but America came in second place with its deep fried Twinkie.

However, contrary to popular belief, there is nothing inherently unhealthy about deep fried, if they are adequately prepared. The problem with used frying in fast food is that the oil is typically not changed frequently enough, which means that all nutrients were removed and harmful chemicals had time to form. If the oil in a frying pan is completely changed frequently, there is no reason for frying to be less healthy than any other type of cuisine.

As well as the deep damage can make your diet if you're not careful, home deep fryers are also known to be a significant fire risk - are a major cause of home fires in many places. This is because the hot oil in them can catch the light and act as fuel for a fire, and pour water on it does nothing to extinguish the fire, rather than causing an explosion. For this reason, you should make sure to never leave the room when the fryer is turned on, and if the worst happens, remember not to use salt water to put out any fire it causes.
